Water Treatment Plant (Ghana)
- Installed a pre-filter system to improve river water quality by removing organic matter and live organisms before sedimentation.
- Supplied and installed a 20hp high-pressure pump to replace a failed system for treated water transfer.
- Constructed a protective shed for the ion exchange system, covered sedimentation tanks to prevent contamination, and carried out pump house painting.
- Provided food-grade disinfectants and supported water storage tank cleaning protocols.
- Designed and proposed facility rehabilitation works for residential and industrial sections to enhance staff welfare and plant reliability.

Citrus Oil Factory (Ghana)
- Carried out the installation, commissioning, and operator training for a citrus oil extraction facility.
- Delivered a turnkey solution covering equipment assembly, process line setup, and staff capacity building to ensure smooth operations.

Fruit Processing & Cold Chain Facilities
- Experience in designing and installing fruit juice, puree, and dried fruit processing lines with international suppliers.
- Technical support on cold room installations, heat exchangers, evaporators, and packaging systems.

Consultancy & Lab Installations
- Prepared and compared supplier quotations for microbiology labs and guided clients in selecting cost-effective solutions.
- Developed technical manuals, cleaning procedures, and P&IDs for industrial water treatment and food safety compliance.
